I'd love to have some fried catfish right now. Bought some Dion's green Chile ranch dressing the other day- throw in some hot chow chow and scoop those fried whisker fish straight up- ok maybe a lime squeeze and a shot of Bulliet Rye. Dang.

My wife does okra with small cubed potatoes and onion. It's a meal in itself.
