Baked Hamburger Steak n Onion Gravy

Use to do cod on the griddle in the kettle often. Just S&P, no breading. Did butter and pecan pieces in a pan until the buttter was browned...that was the gravy.

i missed this one .....Jen Hamburger steak is one of my favorites and as usual yours looks amazing!!!! Do you need a hay boy ...i would labor all day for a plate of that !!!!
