A Quick Breakfast on the Fire

Another meal while camping. I make this one often. For those mornings when I don't really feel like cooking. It's quick and easy to make. :grin:

I get the fire going in the tractor rim...

Start a skillet of bacon...

Removed the bacon, added butter to the drippin's, then fried the tatoes, onions, garlic, peppers and spices...

When the tatoes were ready, I topped them with eggs....

Added a few coal and let er go til set...

Tossed some tortillas on the fire....

That's pretty much it. Breakfast is ready.

I topped a hot tortilla with the tatoe, pepper mixture, bacon, a bit of cheese....and an egg.

I ditched the fork, rolled the tortilla up and dove in with both hands....while trying to remain lady like. lol

It was quick and easy, but tasty at the time.
