Pork Steaks

Breakfast while camping. These were some steaks from one of my Durocs.

Got the fire going in the tractor rim...

started a skillet of tatoes and onions...

made a pan of biscuits...

flipped and rotated the biscuits while the tatoes fried..

the big honkin' pork steaks...

I trimmed some fat and meat from one steak to make skillet gravy with the drippin's.

fried some cayuga duck eggs from the "girls" ...

Fried tatoes, drippin' gravy, biscuits, duck eggs and pork steaks.
Breakfast was ready!

Pork steak, tatoe and gravy...

cleaned up and it was time for fishing!

It was a nice week. Rained and stormed a bit but overall the camping was relaxing!

You sure do make that camping stuff look easy! Those meals out there by the lake look so much nicer than a lot of stuff you pay big money for in a restaurant. I have no doubt that it's tastier, as well.
