A Beef Cheek Breakfast

Quick and simple.
It was cold out and I was hungry! :grin:

Opted for a fresh salsa...

fresh eggs from the girls...

started the skillet on the blackstone...

added beef cheeks in lard and seasoned black beans...
I keep prepared beef cheeks in the freezer for quick meals like this.

A few tortillas and eggs....and breakfast was ready.

A couple of fried tortillas, topped with seasoned black beans, beef cheeks, salsa....topped with eggs, more cilantro and onions. Called er good.

It was colder than heck out this morning, but the breakfast was quick and easy.... tasted good at the time.
