Breakfast Enchiladas

Thanks everybody!
I brought home a few fish. Not a bucket load, but they will be tasty this winter.

It'll be the cover of the "Cowgirl's country life" cookbook. Soon to be released...

How do I pre-order?

I don't buy cookbooks anymore, but I'd buy that one. Come on Ms. Jeanie, you could be the new Pioneer Woman. Isn't she from Oklahoma? Do you know her by chance? For all I know, you could be neighbors.

Kind of you Andy, thanks! I believe they are in eastern Oklahoma.
I'm out west. :-D

As always, the food and the scenery is beautiful.

You should consider a cookbook. I'd be on that pre-order list for sure.

I would do a cook book too. We could start a Go Fund Me Page

Very kind of you, George! If I had the time, I might consider it. I'm enjoying my freedom too much. :-D

Thank you Nate! I received the set from friends, several years ago. I keep it with my camping gear. If you google Midievil eating utensils, I believe they will pop up on Amazon. Good luck with it and thanks again!
