Absolutely depends on where you grew up as to style and cut. As a north Jersey boy, it begins and ends with NY style, traditional and Sicilian. But I like to spread my wings with a Detroit or Chicago or tavern style or others here and there. Sorry, but you can keep the CA stuff in my humble opinion. Bottom line, make it how you love it and enjoy every delicious bite! Especially with a nice beer or fountain soda!! To each his own.
