Sunday is always pizza night at our house-rolled this one thin and let it dry on parchment for several hours before topping and baking. Topped with a sautéed onion and 1/2 a bell pepper, double sausage and mozzarella cheese. Wife said very good and make that one again! Happy New Year to all the Bretheren!
