My New Shieley Fabrication Smoker

[BBQ Freak]

I just got back from picking up me new Shirley Fabrication 24 X 65 reverse flow smoker from Alabama . I did research for over a year on different smokers and chose Paul , Tyler and Ross to build my new pit and their awesome welding they do . one thing that really made the final discussion on using them was how you can add any modification that you wanted and at very great price for a custom built cooker that fit my needs . here is the mods I did for my build -
24 X 65 smoker
shelf in front of main chamber
insulated firebox
large wood rack on back
2 propane burners up front
warmer extra shelf
damper from cooker and from firebox
3 probe inserts
spare tire mount
5 foot wide trailer
3 black Tel Tru gauges
custom wheels
