In our opinion it provides just the right amount. The smoke it produced on my unwrapped ribs yesterday, was unreal! Even with wrapping the brisket in BP the smoke seemed right on point. If I hadn't of wrapped, it would definitely had more. I have owned pellet cookers before and can say with certainty that this particular model truly cooks similarly to a stick burner.Let us know how the smoke level is (taste wise) on those briskets.... I like a heavy smoke profile. Main reason I didn't get a pellet smoker.
