Got more done over last few weeks. Sealed up the chimney chute and got the double wall stack mounted. Then used 300sq ft of ceramic fiber insulation around domes and side walls. At base of sidewalls near front I poured perlcrete walls around 4" thick to anchor the wire mesh into. I covered the dome in first layer of perlcrete so I could start to shape based off my overall template. Total insulation is 4" on side and up to 9" on top. I have been drying it out periodically over last week and finally built a fire up to 1000F last night. Maintains heat very well and dome exterior is under 100F. I sealed it all up before bed and this morning was still going at 500F.

Next steps are finish dome shape with a layer of vermicrete. 3 layers of stucco on walls and final coat on dome. Pour the concrete countertop and then add the tile to the whole over.

Pretty sure I only saw one pie in the pictures.

Wish I had the knowledge, $'s, time, and space to do this at my house.
