Adams inspired, from his awesome looking shrimp queso tacos.....I marinated some scallops, shrimp and imitation crab in EVOO, Oakridge Smokey Chili Lime, and Old Bay. Cooked everything up. Then stuffed the burrito with refried beans, Spanish rice, shredded cheese and seafood. Toasted it up in a pan, then topped with queso sauce, pico, etc.
