I didn't have a big batch to cook so I used my lard/carnita pot instead of my big crawdad boiling pot.

Gathered the ingredients.. onions, garlic, smoked sausage, lemon, tatoes, corn, shrimp..... and some asparagus, cause I had it on hand.

I season the pot with onion, lemons, garlic, smoked sausage, salt and Swamp Dust...

Nothing fancy but it went well with a cold St Pauli Girl beer. :grin:

That is a very nice looking dish and perfect for a nice, sunny day when you can eat outside and hose down everything for clean-up.
 
Everything looks grand. ST Pauli girl used to be a weekend favorite.
