I didn't have a big batch to cook so I used my lard/carnita pot instead of my big crawdad boiling pot.

Gathered the ingredients.. onions, garlic, smoked sausage, lemon, tatoes, corn, shrimp..... and some asparagus, cause I had it on hand.

Nothing fancy but it went well with a cold St Pauli Girl beer.

Thanks for looking!

Lovely and simple Jeanie! We used to get that beer in Hong Kong! Wow it was pretty good. I wondered what ever happened to it. I have not seen it for 10 years. Great for a boil-up like that! (Which is what we call it down here!)

Cheers!

Bill

That is a very nice looking dish and perfect for a nice, sunny day when you can eat outside and hose down everything for clean-up.

Everything looks grand. ST Pauli girl used to be a weekend favorite.
Must revisit

OUTSTANDING as Usual Your not fancy cooks are better than the fancy cooks. Are those OK Farm raised Shrimp. Nice Beverage too

I love reading your posts, Jeanie. :-D

Once again, fantastic, and now I'm suddenly hungry for a boil. :-D

Soon enough when it gets warmer here.
