I'm cooking for a pot luck "Worksgiving" in the office tomorrow. So, I decided to do my favorite shrimp cook - Steve Raichlen's Green Lighning Shrimp. I've cooked it before and it's fantastic.
Its a marinade of cilantro, jalapeno peppers, scallions, garlic, cumin, lime juice and olive oil blended in a food processor and poured over the skewered shrimp and allowed to get happy in the fridge for a half hour before grilling.
I grilled these on the BGE with some cherry chips for smoke. My Quality Assurance sample verified that these shrimp rock. :-D
