I Cooked a Chicken

A whole chicken, brined overnight with Harvest Brine

Wrapped in plastic wrap in the fridge overnight and then unwrapped right before I smoked it in the 14” Weber

Smoked with cherry wood

Out of the smoker

Resting

Broken down

Served with puréed cauliflower and roasted Brussel Sprouts
