"Happy Phriday Pharkers,what's Smoking this Weekend?"

Pork tenderloins and chicken wings.

Did the loins and wings last night, now my 10 yr old is begging for salmon for tomorrow. May have to do a Costco run and see about a brisket or some ribs as long as I'm firing it up for the salmon.

Oh and the 12 yr old just requested ABTs. Smokers job is never done.
 
I'm going to smoke short ribs for the first time. I've made beef back ribs before and they turned out great, just not enough meat. I was planning on leaving the rack whole, unless anyone thinks I should cut them into individual ribs. I ask because I read that Meat Head suggested smoking them as individual ribs, so they cook faster.

I have smoked them both ways. For me,they came out perfect cooked whole. You will not be disappointed. One of my favorites.
