We had a 4.8 earthquake here this morning - no damage, but the house shook pretty good for about 5 seconds. I'm going to roll some smoke with Vortex wings this afternoon to ward off any bad juju.

Wife wants burgers and dogs other day. Normally I use the gasser for this. Might try the Performer instead.

Spun a pork loin on the Weber last night. Got caught up in some ninth inning drama, and when I went out to check it I cursed my own stupid, drunk ass! 180 IT! :shock:
Will try and atone Sunday with some fish tacos.

Glad I smoked brisket yesterday. Got home from an early bike ride. Walked in and The Bride was eating brisket, lime, and a soft flour tortilla for breakfast.. Another brisket item she likes is Brisket Salad. Same/Similar as ham, chicken tuna salad, but will use brisket.
