Got a brisket (flat only) and a butt on the smoker for an all night cook at ~ 9:35PM. Proceeded with cleanup for ~ 25 minutes. First beer just opened. :clap2:

Unfortunately, no pics of the prep or before smoke meat ... was hurrying to get to the beer.

Planned brisket but weather did not cooperate. Maybe burger, maybe chilli- on the stove, maybe left overs from freezer
