I think it's totally ok to name your smoker or not name it at all.

You obviously did not attend the Smittyjonz smoker naming seminar and bake sale.

Prospero? Aight. :-D
LOL!

I believe I will call my offset, " The wrist breaker".
Since I broke my wrist unloading it from my truck with a friend. Lol
Oh snap!... literally:shock:

Talk about a roller coaster day....

Day started great! We finally got an offer on our house, and we planned a trip.....that was until I came home to a busted in door. Material crap aside, we are safe and the animals are safe. The devil tried to take out our joy, but God is greater than him.....

Here is a great way to relax .....a little.

You are a better man than I, Phillip. I would find the guy, and stab him repeatedly with the rib bones (after you are finished eating, of course)

Glad you, your family, and your ammimmals are ok

Funny, even the police officers said that. Thanks! It's been a long night, as a friend of ours helped us get our door fixed. Now we have to pretty it up again for the inspection on Monday.

I HATE a thief!!!!
Agreed! Just don't see why people think it's alright to take from people that have rightfully earned what they have.... or even if they didn't "earn" it in some way, that doesn't make it right to just take from others:cry:

Dang it Phillip,

Now you have me wanting to rid myself of my/your old FEC100 and getting a YS1500. I loved my YS640 and have to believe I would really love one of these.

If you loved the YS640, then I know you'll love the YS1500:grin:

Prospero worked hard this weekend at the Logandale IBCA competition. In the end we managed a 1st in Chicken, 2nd in Brisket, and a 6th in Ribs and GRAND CHAMPION. Prospero is proving to be a fierce force to be reckoned with. :)
