I usually make a crab mixture to stuff salmon but wanted to go with some shrimp this time.

Poached a few shrimp, rough chopped with scallions, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon pepper and a few herbs...
into the Hasty Bake with a bit of alder...
took maybe 25 minutes for the juices to start rising...
That was it, a fairly quick meal and I have leftover salmon for a few days.
I liked the shrimp filling for a change. Will be doing it again.
