Someone posted some KFC chicken and it got me thinking. :shock: Can you do a rotisserie version and how will it turn out?

Verdict was the top 2 or 3 best fried chicken I've ever had and i can't put them in any order. It was the definitely the most crispy I've experience. Corn was just hung on the inside lip of the cooker...same time as the chicken


Ingredients, thighs, egg wash with milk, seasoned flour with Simply Marvelous sweet and Island Spice All Purpose, Panko and seasoned Italian bread crumbs.

Fuel was oak and some maple

Temp of the cook about 500*

Ok first i dipped in the wash, then the flour, then the wash again and finished with the panko and bread crumbs.
