Pork Burnt Ends are Fatastaliscous.

Okay....this thread just sent my mouth into saliva overload and my stomach into hunger pains as intense as a woman in labor..... Curse be to the bbq gods for allowing such goodness to be oh so close yet so far away! :decision::decision::decision:
 
Wondering If one could use pork Country Style ribs for this. They are cut from the butt if I am thinking right. I can usually get these on sale alot cheaper. Don't ask me why.
 
I use the boneless pork country style ribs for burnt ends all the time! Give it a go
 
I love these and do them often as an appetizer for parties. I usually just cube up some country style ribs rather than buying a whole butt. Cook them until tender, sauce then back on to set the glaze. Delicious little poppable pork bites.
