Did a breakfast fatty (bacon weave, sausage, sautéed pepper and onions, cheesy eggs). This was made into bfast burritos with more cheese and salsa verde and pressed on panini press

Also did carnitas with my own marinade and rub. This was pulled and vax sealed for meal preps.

And pork with commercial injections and rubs. However, the sauce was of my own. This is a practice cook for a super nice Halloween party I’ll be throwing this year. Literally the best pork over had
