I'm making a giant Philly Cheesesteak Fatty for the superbowl.
It is a roll made with 1 pound of onions/peppers/cream cheese filling and 1 pound of ground beef.
Then the roll was wrapped with 1 pound of sausage and then a bacon weave.
I'm cooking it on the LSG Mini at 275. Planning 2 hours, but a little worried this monster might take longer.
Any thoughts or advice.
