When the dust settled on Sunday I made a ciabatta spicy "grill fried" chicken sandwich. The truffle wedges were so got I repeated again for Sunday evening

Thanks for looking!

Perfectly grilled picanha!

And dig the nice char and blisters on the hens!!

Nice job Sako! I've never tried truffle wedges, looks like something I need to put on my list.

I'm headed to your cabin. What time is dinner tonight?

Better than anything from a restaurant right there. :hungry:

This place isn't quite the same without without your food contributions, Sako - really nice assortment of deliciousness! Keep 'em coming.

Great looking eats there, Sako! That has to be the first Michelin star cabin I've ever seen.

Thanks Kenny!

Baked them at 425 and broiled on low for about 5 mins. Drizzled a truffle oil at the end.

Thank you! Unfortunately I can't get back up there until a couple of weeks at least. :thumb:
