We had a good rain/snow storm heading into the weekend so on Friday I took off work a few hours early, did a little bit of shopping and hit the road to the cabin. Picked up a few other people along to way to make it more fun. :-D

Cleared up the rear deck a little to situate my cookers. Stunning view yet again with the blue sky in front
Put the drinks to "chill"
Eventually got some mesquite charcoal going. Only fuel that holds up there at about 6200 ft
Roasted some veggies to start
Lamb chops and beef flap kabobs first
Chops passed the test :nod:
Loin back riblets and wings came next
Plated on fine china of course
Sat morning I made some breakfast burritos.
Before the eggs went in
Cheese
And served
Sat night was carne asada and started with short ribs
Chicken and flap strips after for some tacos
Chicken tacos
Asada tacos
Somehow the asada was more popular
Finishing with chicken and flap quesadilla for dessert
