Despite the on and off rain this past weekend, I had the opportunity to fire up the grill and smoker several times. Nothing fancy, but just thought I would share.

I actually overcooked it as I went on a bike ride with my daughter and got back later than I expected. However, it still had great flavor. I used BluDawg's HNF method.

Sunday - Shrimp - Portabella Mushrooms with Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese - Okra

I marinaded the shrimp in olive oil, garlic powder and barnacle dust rub. I put olive oil and balsamic vinegar and grilled them until they were tender and then added the tomatoes and cheese and pulled them off when the cheese started melting.
