Man, I'm jealous. A Braii is my alltime favorite cooking device, but paired with 3 kamados, a cabinet smoker, a pellet smoker, a brick oven and whatever else I can't see. That's amazing.


The rodizo seems made for a Braii! Your food looks just as incredible as the cooking space!


What are the cabinet doors for that are built into the bottom of the Braii for? Baking or I guess broiling?

Depends on the heat from above, you can use them as warmer or even for broiling with plenty of embers on top.

I love cooking on the braai with cast iron pans.
