Was an epic weekend of cooking outdoors. Started with toast Saturday morning and ended with sausage gravy and biscuits Sunday for breakfast.

Had some sourdough started to use up, so made a big loaf of bread and while I was out cleaning up dead branches, etc, I had the fire going, so I toasted up some bread during a break.

Then for dinner, I pulled out some wings.

Then to cap the weekend off, I made onion sourdough biscuits and what goes good with biscuits? Sausage gravy.

Get some bacon fat melting to get the game started.

Add the spices, flour and milk and start the drool.

Cut the biscuits, add some cheese to one and smother with gravy.
