Thoughts on Pasture Raise Brisket

Restaurant depot is selling the naturewell beef. I was there today and the manager was selling me on it.

I'm cooking three Briskets tonight so I will let you all know how it goes. This is my first time with this product.

"Naturewell cattle begin their development with nutrition from their mothers and natural grass pastures, and we continue this wholesome nutrition during finishing. Our cattle receive an all-vegetarian corn based diet, and are never fed animal by-products."

Thanks!

Maybe a mod should change the title from "Thoughts on Pasture Raise Brisket" to "Thoughts on Grass Fed Brisket"?

Even though the beef I posted isn't 100% grass fed, it's definitely nonconventional. Both in farming and smoking.

Naturewell is a great product

Like I said my RD just started carrying it. 3.69lb
Looks promising had I seen this thread before I trimmed and rubbed I would have posted pictures.

Should I treat this different then a regular CAB brisket I'm used to?
