The Butcher Shoppe Fancy A9 Wagyu (Saturday)

Picked up a couple briskets when I was visiting Pensacola the other week at The Butcher Shoppe. I know some folks that order from them, but being there is even better.

Normally do SRF for events so going to test one of these out and see how it does. Won't do our first event till Aug (backed way down these last 2 years), but since brisket was about all we recently could cook well I figured I didn't want to go rogue and wait till Aug :loco:.

This one is about 14lbs. I'll inject tonight and then fire up the smoker early in the morning. Same timeline, just shifting it. This is a different brisket so I will monitor it, but plan is to cook my same timeline and see what happens :becky:
