Soft Shell Crabs

Got hold of some soft shell crabs and crab fingers recently. I decided to go the sandwich route.

Gave the crab fingers a quick egg milk bath and a dip in seasoned flour.

Gave the crabs pretty much the same treatment..
These were already cleaned, which was a nice surprise.

Made a remoulade sauce...

It was a quick meal, but I really enjoyed it.
