Hi Waiting for my pork rubs to come in. Salt and pepper= brisket is somewhere down the line.
I haven't had much luck with brisket in the past,so It's on hold right now untill, I learn the new pit. Ribs and a fatty are going to be 1st on the new pit.

Dan this will get you started. :becky:

2 cups Sugar (I prefer Turbinado)
1/4 cup Paprika
1/2 cup Coarse Salt
2 tbsp Coarse Pepper
1 tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 tbsp Granulated Onion
2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

For the nakid fatty delete the salt.
