Friday:
Nellie brought home the fixins for pizza in the white kitchen box that runs on electric.
Took a piece of dough meant for a 9" personal pizza and stretched over a 16" pan, a little sauce, mozzerella and havarti and some roni.
Cooked until the crust was nice and crisp.
It was probably the best "flatbread" we have ever had.

Eye round is done rare and off to rest to thin slice during the week

Meatloaf is done after being glazed with the spicy Korean marinade and is going to be dinner

Thanks for looking

That's a great weekend plan. You should right it down. Maybe over the top of one of y'alls jokes so as not to waste paper. :-D

Seriously though - good cooking.

Nicely done Marty. Enjoy your cooks- all of it looks amazing. That Pizza looks likr it belongs in the Throwdown

Looks like you hit for the cycle. Good job on the stretch as looks amazingly round. As George says above, you should enter the pizza. What was the marinade for the meatloaf?

Thanks,

Robert

Robert,
The meatloaf was mixed with about a 1/2 cup of marinade below, 1/2 cup of minced onion (dried), 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 2 eggs and 3T of 5 spice.
2.5 LBS of ground beef and 1 LBS of groung turkey.
Also glazed the meatloaf with the same marinade.
