Mixed up a batch of a Gochujang marinade spiced up with some Korean gochugaru peppers. The Korean ones are much better than the Chinese, but also more expensive. Then into the fridge for a few hours.

Toasted bun, radish slices, onions and some dill tzatziki sauce to cool things down a bit. Forgot to add the fries to the shot, oh well. YUM!

next time try adding a little kimchi to the mix!!! nice addition to a korean chicken sammie

From my experience, Korean Pepper flakes are not very hot at all. They are about the same heat as Allepo pepper flakes.
