Marinated some thighs in "Sweet Chili Marinade" and rubbed up a fully trimmed Picanha with "Tony Cachere's" for doing some slicing tomorrow after a good chiil

Onto the 18"

Chicken done for dinner tonight

Picanha off and ready for an overnight chill and then the slicer tomorrow

Im not familar with the cut since is not cost effective in my area ( have to buy a case at RD ) But what kinda sandwiches, like cold samdwiches like roast beef, or hot sandwiches like a french dip?
