Great idea for a thread. Not sure if this was my best cook in the last year, there have been a lot, but this was my favorite. First time I had a chance to see what the WSCG could really do was Memorial Day weekend and it did not disappoint. Handled 9 racks of baby backs without breaking a sweat.
