Photobucket has recently changed management and has revamped their plans and pricing, and now the lower tier plans include 3rd party hosting.

Imgur and never looked back. Zero issue. Lots of other hosting sites too. Granted I just mainly use it for here, but so easy and free :-D.

If google images only had the 3rd party hosting it would be perfect. It is great for all general purpose back up.
