Ohio Brethren Road Trip?

I'm good with that date as long as Matt doesn't make me stop at an Outback and drink Fosters.

Farker! :tsk: For that, we might HAVE to stop! :thumb: :heh:

Thanks, I'm gonna try to schedule delivery of a custom cooker in North Georgia and get on up to Woodstock by Saturday afternoon and join your party if I can.

Sweet!!

Well, the 26th & 27th we have farking inventory at the farking day job!

Chit.

Fark and chit.

Alright gentlemen, looks like that will be a perfect weekend, But I might end up putting you to work:becky: the church across the street flooded last month and they had about 30k in damage to their daycare (where my daughter goes). That weekend is a front runner for a fundraiser for them where I am donating all the pork. Im scrambling to get my 500 gal smoker up and running so we can use it. It will be a great weekend of beer and barbecue.

Cool...I'll bring some chitty clothes.

Alright boys, the 26/27 it is. I have to be back home on the Sunday by about 2 because of work, so I need to leave about 9 on Sunday morning.

Saturday, I figure leaving about 9 as well. If you like, I can look at hotel prices.

Awesome. There are a few hotels by the interstate, about a mile from the brewery (Hampton/holiday/comfort). There is also an old school roadside motel just outside of town (econolodge), it's probably the cheapest. I can arrange for rides back to the hotel Saturday night. I would offer up my house but I don't have much space.

ok, I have a friend with a river cabin that holds up to six. he rents it out for $200 a night, if its 3 or 4 of you all coming it would make sense, and it would be a great time. There is also a small guest house within walking distance to the brewery for $100 a night, it has a queen and a pull out couch. That would be an option if there were 3 of you, I have a cot you could use for the third person.

Let me know if yo want me to facilitate booking, I would be glad to. Dave- that is assuming your hotel room is refundable.

My wife will be with me so I better stick with the Hampton Inn, but the house near the brewery sound pretty neat for the other guys.

Thanks Shenco! Well boys? Either will work, but if we can just walk back that night...I'm more than OK with that.

Alright farkers...I want to go ahead with a booking, so I need to know who's going, how and where you want to stay.

Looks like SWMBO would enjoy the trip so I'll need to check hotels. Probably the Hampton Fri. and Sat night.
