So far so good. Have not bought any bourbon nor charcoal/pellets etc. Nothing heroic--kind of a kick in birdie as I have plenty of both. I may not have mentioned it- but another promise to myself is to try rubs and spices that I see mentioned here but haven't tried, yet. Just placed an order with Oakridge BBQ Rubs for two each of their Signature Edition and Gold Edition Sample packs. some of these Ive never tried before. some I have and really like.
