Man Suds, I haven't had deep fried zuch since highschool probably. Have been evoo and garlic salt on grill. Will have to reserect the deep fried. Great looking meal...thanks

Nice. Really similar to my summer meal. Chicken thighs with lemon, grilled zucchini, and a avocado/tomato/corn salad.
