I host an annual BBQ for between 60 to 70 people. There are always more leftovers than I want to deal with. As a practice I actually don't even break down one of the pork shoulders and that goes directly into the vacuum seal.

Everything else is handed out to those that would like to take something home. We prepare for this and have to go containers ready...

I don't eat leftovers so I always have plenty of foil pans available for guests/neighbors and everything goes. That prevents me from getting burned out on Q.
