Hit'n them leftovers hard. Attempting to avoid YT Bin. Texas Red yesterday. Leftover brisket in Magic Pot, then chopped today.
Definitely not starving, but live fire on hold.

Paging Dr Phu and all you brave smoke breathing sweating in all those private places crazy dudes and dudette!!!!!......Pretty miserable in the south tail of the Delta as I’m sure you are also. First off Miss J....I don’t believe you....you ALWAYS have incredible eats!. Brother Adams that looks absolutely wicked good !!!!!!.....Got a new Pembroke corgi puppy to add to the clan so busy with that. Going out to eat tonight and listen to friends of mine play some wonderful music. Tomorrow I’m thinking some poke ribs on the drum. Stay hydrated.....stay cool.....check on your neighbors and loved ones.....Peace

First time ever cooking direct heat ribs.One rack of baby back pork ribs and a couple of Creekstone prime chuck beef ribs.Pork ribs look good.There was a lot of smoke coming out if that 22 WSM with the water pan removed.I hope they don’t turn out bitter.

Chicken Thighs on the Egg tonight. Almost ready to go into a brine- thanks Thirdeye for about 2 1/2 hrs

Totally chicken out last evening live fire cooking. No excuses but it was 110 here…. I couldn’t get out of the pool to cook so ordered pizza :tongue:

Couple hours the shrimp ahi and mahi go on for tacos and live fire ceviche

Put a rack of ribs and a pack of chicken legs on the Camp Chef this morning. Also did some smoked cream cheese to use for smoked pickle dip, it’s good! Chef Tom has it on a u-tube video.

Been gone all weekend, plus it’s been 105*.

I go back to part time tomorrow and it’s cooling down to the low 90s. (For 1 day)

Couldn’t decide on vortex wings or ribs, so I’m doing both!
