Decided to try something out of the box. We had fried up some onions in preparation for French onion soup. So it was all ready for the beef stock but instead, we froze it. This weekend I decided to try making French Onion Focaccia. Oh man did it ever turn out fantastic.
Topped it with fresh cracked black pepper and flaky salt.
Super moist, fluffy and so full of flavour. Will definitely do it again.
