My beautiful wife and I often visit family in Chicago, and stop by Smoque for some delicious BBQ. Yesterday, one of the owner/founders, Mike McDermott was onsite and was gracious enough to come out and take pics with us! You need to visit Smoque when you’re in the Chi!

If you're in Georgia, head on down to Dublin, off of I-16 between Macon & Savahanna and visit Gary & Dionn at Holy Smokes BBQ. BBQ Pitmasters Georgia champions.

And yes, Smoque is pretty good stuff. Bit of trivia, back in the late 70's, early 80's, I used to go to that exact building to buy my auto parts from H&E Standard Auto Parts. I think I might still have a creeper in the garage from there.
