Well, the Thanksgiving turkey probably wasn't the wisest choice to start my Moo Gloo experimentation, but live and learn...
Moo Gloo meets the bacon weave:
Closeup of the fine powder:
Um...alright here's the skinless travesty of nature fresh out of the cure:
Witness the power of Moo Gloo:
Mmm...so warm and bacon-y:
Pinned down and into the fridge to set:
Into the cooker:
Voila! Five-legged, bacon-wrapped, skinless spatchcocked turkey:
A nice thick ribeye searing on the side:
Perfect and pink:
Southern creamed corn:
Scalloped oysters (and stone grill for people that don't like med-rare ribeye):
Moo and moo-glooed, together:
It's not so pretty...but pretty tasty:
Thanks for checking it out!
