A snowy cook to remember

I went to the grocery store on Tuesday with no intention of buying anything for the smoker with the incoming snow and cold weather. Then I stumbled upon a 50% off brisket. Too good to true. This was my first time smoking in the snow and it was an amazing, peaceful day to say the least.
