Hello from Kamloops, BC!
Although I've always been a fan of BBQ since my dad cooked for us in the summer with his traditional charcoal briquets and lighter fluid. Since getting my own place I've been consistently using a propane barbecue and trying to slowly expand my repertoire of skills and recipes. I'm far from a good griller. I'd give myself a 5 out of 10. But I'm starting to develop more of a passion for it.
I stumbled upon this amazing community because I was searching for recipes and usage tips on the Char-Broil Big Easy. My friend cooked three whole chickens for a dinner with his family and mine at their ski chalet - outdoors in the middle of December - and I was amazed by the ease, the convenience and the perfectly moist bird with its crispy skin. I was hooked, and placed an order for mine the very next day.
