Pick up a couple of lamb breasts at Wally World after work yesterday and threw one on the UDS this arvo while I was working around the house.

Rubbed with olive oil and seasoned with SPOG and rosemary. I ran it for about 4.5 hours between 225° and 250°. Tasted great with some homemade mint sauce. I cut the fat off after it cooked. (there was a chit ton on there)

Chanin (my wife) said she remembered when she first tried lamb and she was an idiot for not trying it sooner.

She laid out some home pickled beets and eggs, baked beans and squash...washed it down with a home brew Aussie Ale.

Hope Bill considers this for an ALF...even though I'm an Aussie.

Thanks for looking.

Looks like a great dinner.

Whats a homebrew Aussie Ale?

The little lambs I get out here in the NW have a very thin breast but make for tasty little riblets.
